A documentary where queer people of colour in Birmingham hold TWO mirrors up at once — one facing homophobia, one facing racism within LGBTQ+ spaces. Because darling, the community has its OWN work to do. White gay men who fought for their rights and then turned around and made Black and Brown queers feel unwelcome at their own Pride events? We need to talk about that. Intersectionality isn't optional. Liberation that only works for some of us is not liberation. This film is brave, pointed, and absolutely essential.
